Returns and Refunds

All our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size.

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- There is a printing error or a production issue

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email], including photos of the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Please note that items must not be worn or washed.
